Return Policy

Our return policy for online purchases lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All items marked as "Sale" "Clearance" or "Markdown(s)" are final sale and are included in this policy. Items purchased during special event pricing are not eligible for refund and may only be exchanged for produce or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Hair products are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

We will not accept returns with smoke, deodorant or makeup damage.
